This is a scam company

This company is a scam.

I ordered 2 items. Per the sizing, I was an XL. I order XXL so I could have a little extra room.
Upon arrival, both items were too small.

Per their return policy, I could only return ONE item. What kind of company only allows you to return one item? Say you order a few items because you would like to try them on to see what looks best. That’s not allowed? Wild.

The really strange part? I had to email to request the return #1998, and was asked 3x if I wanted a return. Strange.

So, I paid to returned one item and gave the other way. After I had not received a refund, I followed up. I was advised there was a stain on the item and could only be provided a store credit.

What?!

After trying on the first item and getting stuck in it (lol), I didn’t try the second item on. In other words, the item that has a “stain” wasn’t tried on. I requested photos. This is nonsense.

This is a scam company that doesn’t make any sense. The photos of most people look very staged and too good. It’s probably fake reviews as well. Lame.

For reference, I am a size 14 with big boobs.
